Anyone got any experience of doing this? Can't find anything on their site. I ordered a chair costing near five hundred three weeks ago which was delivered on Thursday and signed for by my husband. I was away until tonight and the chair is way smaller than I thought and looks lost in the room. Luckily the wrapping hasn't been removed only a bit torn to see the material. I'm upset its not right but worried they won't take it back, anyone know?
