Can someone help me with a roblox/laptop problem?

Have a gaming laptop and for some reason today dc can’t play roblox on it. It says to update, which I’ve tried to numerous times and it won’t allow me to do it. It just says it can’t update at the moment try again later. It works on a different laptop so it is that laptops problem. It’s a window one of that makes a difference? Iv tried re starting it etc but can’t work out what’s wrong?

Follow these steps to add Roblox to list of allowed apps in Windows Firewall:

In the Windows Search bar, type Firewall, and open Allow an app through Windows Firewall.
Click ”Change settings”.
Allow Roblox to communicate freely by checking both boxes.
Confirm changes and restart your PC.
Start Roblox again

I can’t do. When I go on allow an app and open the apps and feature section it won’t let me ‘click on change settings and ‘allow another app’. When I go on there I can’t type in the ‘apps’ box and when I click on ‘path’ I can’t type but when I click on ‘browse’ obviously roblox doesn’t come up as it isn’t downloaded?!

Please can anyone else help me?? Roblox team can’t help me either!
