Period Woes

So tempted to stay in bed with a mountain of carbs and sugar this weekend. Anyone else planning the same?!

I had the worst period of my life to date last week- sympathies.

I’m peri menopausal my last one lasted for three months. I can’t wear tampons and I’m allergic to towels. Yes.... that was the best three months of my life ever. 🤬🤬🤬

This one has played havoc with me this week. Lying awake until the small hours each night has now caught up & I feel like I want to go into hibernation. My body is screaming GIVE ME SUGAR BITCH...that one last Easter egg will not see Sunday
