What about the tampon ad with the woman in the tiny white shorts riding a bicycle? Definitely not most women’s first choice for clothing and activity.

“What did you think they made? Roast potatoes”? was my standard response. I do feel sorry for the actress though for being irritating to the entire country. I’d never leave the house again.

I’ve complained to Oral B about this advert a few times, maybe they have acted on it!

But have they always done toothpaste, because I can’t remember seeing it maybe 5 years ago?

Anyway, this comes way down the list behind that Beyers ice cream “new ways to be naughty” adverts which give me the fucking rage.

Every time the Oral B woman asks how to keep her mouth healthy I end up shouting at her to keep it fucking shut so I don’t smack her in it...DH keeps laughing at me.

The worst ad for me at the minute is definitely the breyers ice cream one. Whenever the guy makes the weird face I want to reach through my tv screen and slap the face off him!!

I hate the fixodent ad where the woman wanders around inside a giant mouth. The caption states "simulation". What?! Really?!

At the end the lights are dimmed and she has changed into an evening dress and while balancing on some teeth, she bites into a whole apple. Who goes out for the evening and has an apple?

Another similarly annoying dental- related one is the ove advertising the toothbrush "with the round brush head", and some dopey bint holding up said toothbrush and helpfully pointing at the round brush head. If you've got to whatever age you are and a. don't know what a round shape is and b. have complete ignorance of what a bloody brush head looks like, you must have been living in a cave. If you haven't been living in a cave, you bloody should do!

Not quite as bad as the one for AO where a woman was complaining that she had to buy fresh stuff each day because stuff kept going off. Then she bought a fridge from AO and it changed her life.
