I've nc because I've been taking about my bloody neck and buying an office chair to virtually everyone I know, and some of them frequent these pages
I'm prone to neck pain and radiating headaches/shoulder pain and I'm going through a really bad patch with it.
I work at home, on a pc and need a new office chair that minimises my neck pain as much as possible. Most of the ergonomic chairs/recommendations are focused on back pain, which I'm grateful I don't suffer from.
I've been tempted by kneeling chairs - would they work? I don't slump or feel the need to (I use a backless chair at the moment), so the lack of a chair back won't bother me.
I'm really, really struggling this week and would LOVE any recommndations so I can order one today!
Thanks all.
