Do you need hard boiled eggs for egg mayo?

I've just boiled loads of eggs to make a batch of egg mayo but the yokes are medium. Wouldn't call them runny or hard boiled, if that makes sense. Can I salvage this? Thanks.

I prefer egg mayo with yolks that aren’t completely hard! Don’t know how long it lasts though.

Yeah, it'll still work. Mash up with a fork, add salt and salad cream (better than Mayo, imo) and it will be fab.
