Which Haven - golden sands or Thorpe Park

Kids are 8 and 6 - just for a weekend - can anyone recommend one over the other?

I have been to both ,probably Thorpe park ? It's bigger (I think) and seemed to have more going on.

Sorry can't help, not been to either. Did do Seashore at Easter though which has a fantastic new indoor water park.

Wouldn't bother with Golden Sands its in Mablethorpe and there is literally nothing to do.

Nothing to do in mablethorpe? The beach, Queens park, the pool on the site, the seal sanctuary, the mirage arcade, Bob off up the coast to chapel st Leonard's, fantasy Island at ingoldmells, skeg for the day, Gibraltar point.

We camped at golden sands last year. Loved it, loads of activities for the kids on site and a lovely beach really close by. The service on the restaurant was crap and a few people were complaining about the cleaning of the vans.
