Sinus pain - help!

So for the last few days I've felt under the weather- shiver, achy, sore chest and a mild but persistent headache. Woke up this morning with a massive, sickly headache and pain across the bridge of my nose and around my eyes. Nose isn't blocked and no mucous.
I cant get to a pharmacy before work.
Would ibuprofen and a warm compress help ? It's all I have available.

From the pharmacy, a Neilmed sinus rinse kit (bottle and sachets of stuff to mix with water) works wonder to shift the gunk out, and paracetamol will also help with the pain.

Sinus massage is great too. Google it!

As vile as a sinus rinse is, you won't regret it.
