What can this pain be?

I've had right sided rib pain since Sunday evening (no trauma to the area) which is a constant sharp pain and is worse when I take a deep breath/sneeze/yawn/laugh etc. Don't seem to have fever or cough and feel generally okish just tired and a bit weak. It does radiate across my upper back/right shoulder when walking but that's not contestant.
I spoke to a pharmacist yesterday ( I was asking for co-codamol) who said to see GP/OOH. Rang GP and receptionist explained there was no appointments but she spoke to GP who said it sounded viral and to take paracetomol and ibuprofen and call back if I was finding more difficulty breathing. However, pharmacist had said not to take ibuprofen in case it was gastro (plus I'm on sertraline which I believe can make you susceptible to stomach issues which ibuprofen wouldn't help) and she wouldn't give me codeine in case it was anything to do with my chest . I've been taking the paracetomol but still in pain. Has anyone else had this? Do I need to ring Drs again?

Can you go to OOH? Sounds similar to df gallbladder pain.
