I have 2 children 7 & 1 they're dad left us 8 or so months ago after he'd had an affair. He used to see the kids but has stopped since Christmas. So he doesn't see them at all. He also stopped paying me any money for them.
Everyone keeps telling me to go to CSA and apply for him to pay but because he doesn't see them I feel like I shouldn't bother trying to get money out off him?
I know it sounds ridiculous but I just don't know. What do you think?

Of course you should go through the CMS if he’s not paying.

Maintenance and contact have no bearing on each other. Of course you should go to CMS your DC deserve to have the best standard of living you can give them Thanks

Go via CMO (the new csa) dont hold your breath but expect him to want contact now he is paying for them
