Protein requirements for overweight, vegetarian people

Does anyone have any views on this?

It’s quite specific I know.

I’m vegetarian and overweight. I worked out my protein requirements and it’s alot. I definitely never get enough protein.

Yesterday I experimented with adding two protein shakes to my daily intake and I had so much more energy.

I’m doing the same today.

Has anyone else done this or has any views? Am I making any sense?
