Baby waking after move to cot

Moved my LO from a snuz pod into a cot last week and she has gone from sleeping through or waking once to waking several times. Last night she would not settle so I put her back into the snuz pod even though she is too big and she slept through. I think she finds the cot too big as she often ends up side ways and stuck. How can I make the cot more comfy for her?

Did you use the same blanket/sleeping bag?

Is the cot in a different room too?

In the same room, with the same sleeping bag and blanket. I think she is rolling about more because she has more room and getting into uncomfortable positions and not liking having the extra space

This was my first born all over. She would end up in all sorts of positions throughout sleep. I rolled up 2 towels & put them under the cot bed sheet on either side of her (leaving space for side sleeping as she would turn on her side) which helped her sleep & ours so much. Still with feet at the bottom of the cot bed.
Once she was settled after a few weeks we then removed the towels.
This was just us though.

How have things been @Thismumlikesart?

puma84 · 13/05/2019 21:12

I had the same thing happen with my Lo. She went from sleeping through to waking countless amount of times in the night. I think it's the openness of them. I ended up putting her in a travel cot and she went back to sleeping through.
