I started my claim for universal credits on the 8th April so there for all my old style benefits stopped. The reason I began claiming UC is because I began employment. I have had a payment statement in my universal credit account. The statement does not mention any help towards my childcare costs nor does it mention the fact they need to back pay me from the 8th April. Could anybody she'd any light on when I will receive my back dating for the 5 week waiting period and any reason as to why they haven't put any childcare costs help in there
