Anybody at the riu vallarta mexico and has buscapan?

I know this is clutching straws and is being quite cheeky but im really quite ill with a flare up and haven't brought any buscapan from home.
Any mumsnetters around with some?
Will obviously pay you for them!

You can buy it? Well i could fairly easy get a taxi for it.
Just a local pharmacy?

If you’re staying at a hotel or resort have the concierge help you. Otherwise get a taxi to the pharmacy.
