Is anyone fluent in German?

I have some cleaning fluid at work and I know it needs to be diluted but I din’t Know what the instructions say. Can anyone help?

It doesn't say it needs to be diluted, but it's a refill for the 500ml spray bottle.

From what I can see it doesn't seem to need diluting - it is saying it is best to put it in a 500ml spray bottle so that you can use it comfortably.
