Has anyone tried ‘anti blue light’ glasses?

I’ve just had an ad pop up on Instagram, about them, apparently they’re good for if you do a lot of computer work and/or suffer from migraines, both of which are applicable to me.

I don’t wear normal glasses for work so could easily wear them but was wondering if anyone has tried them?

I’ve found this article www.goodhousekeeping.com/health/a20707076/blue-light-glasses/ and the ad was for steadyeyez.com/ which is American so I will google for UK brands as I don’t fancy importing them!

I have prescription glasses with an anti blue glaze on. It didn't help with my migraines which is what I was hoping for. To be honest I'm not sure if I will get them glazed next time, if you go into vision express they have glass with the glazing on which you can look through to see if you fancy them, it changes the look of screens a little, just makes them a bit more yellowy then the bright white.
You could buy them off places like glasses direct, no prescription but just get them to do a coating of the clear lens.

I use a computer all day and let myself be talked into it last time - waste of money IMO. I already have Transitions or Reactolite or whatever it's called, and the combo of the two slightly enhances greens and browns, but not necessarily in a good way. I won't bother next time. If you already suffer headaches due to poor lighting it might be different.

Thanks this is helpful. I do get migraine maybe caused by screens but definitely exacerbated by them.

I’m hunting the internet for a cheap pair.
