I used to love her books. Hid them from mother a guilty pleasure. A couple of years ago tried to re-read one. Nope, it did not hit the spot. Things have moved on so much they seem irrelevant even as a fantasy type romance. Does anyone else still read them?

I saw an excerpt from one online ago and was shocked at the blurring of consent in some scenes

I was a huge fan, the last couple of books she wrote didn't do it for me either.

My favourite is chances.

I loved Chances and Lucky, a couple of the others were good to read once. The last couple were written when she was ill I think and weren't very good at all- The Santangelos changed everyone's personalities!

I loved Hollywood wives. The world is full of married men.

Absolutely love them and still do.

My dear old Dad, who was in his 80's at the time bought me a box set of them for Christmas one year
