Is anyone a tattoo artist? Need a tattoo design, but am I too annoying??

I have, ahem, 194 pictures relating to a tattoo that I want. Some of them relate to colour, style, subject, compositionetc....I just can't seem to bring it together

Will I be really annoying to bring it all to a tattoo artist and ask them to do design? And then what if they DO, but I don't like it?!

I think you need to narrow it down from 194!

So, I AM too annoying, yes? 🤣

194?? you cannot possibly have a valid reason for every one of those

I would not even book a table for dinner with you!

SteveTheSpiderPlant · 05/05/2019 20:02

I think that makes a very difficult task for a tattoo artist.

Maybe you shoukd find an artist whose style you like and narrow down to maybe 5 inspiration pictures.

Toodependants · 05/05/2019 20:07

Well, I do have a valid reason for each one...I like them!!! Either style, colour, composition etc

Ok, I can see I need to short list

You have no idea how colours will come out on your skin tone, although agree it is useful for the artist to have a reference point.

However, you can't possibly have 194 different colours, so some of those must be duplicates with either style or composition, etc.

So I would say that would be the easiest to start with in terms of refining your list?

Is this your first tattoo?

Toodependants · 06/05/2019 09:48

novasglowx no, it isn't my first tattoo. But the one I have is small and simple. This is a very large tattoo to cover a scar

You need to find an artist whose work you like, then make an appointment to see them. Sending pictures of the style/ colours you are considering will help them. They can then draw it up for you. Normally, you will pay for their time to do this.
