Is your Sunday morning worse than mine?? Light-hearted (and TMI)

Currently in OOH waiting for baby DS to be seen. He's been ill (vomiting) on and off for a week now. I'm also run down and have a raging case of vaginal thrush. DS managed to vomit down my bra first time, and then between my legs, leading to vomit soaked knickers, which I'm sure does nothing for thrush...

Please share your wonderful bank holiday experiences so I feel less alone!

Took DD to the park yesterday and got covered in blood when another kid playing there fell off a swing and smashed their poor little mouth - I rang a taxi to get the Dad to A&E and helped clean the screaming child up. Had nightmares all night so am knackered today. Oh, and pretty sure I've got thrush in my mouth.

Sick in your knickers though, you definitely beat me!

I've woken up to find my 6 Chickens have been killed by the fox - rubbish :(

Oh no, that sounds really upsetting, I'm not surprised it's still affecting you! I had my bag snatched a few years ago and the debriefing counsellor said it can take 2-3 months for the trauma reaction to disappear. This was quite accurate for me, but I started feeling better quite soon. Hope you do too!

Lucky, I'm so sorry to hear that! I take it you kept them as pets? Big hugs!

Yes they are pets. The fox chewed through the supposedly fox-proof roof of the pen

That's so upsetting!
