How long to pack?

We are supposed to be moving in just under 4 weeks, we have part exchanged for another house not a new build house though. I keep thinking its all going to fall through, we've lost a house in the past we were gazumped.
How long should it take to pack up 20 years of shit when we're working full time too.
I so dont want to start just now incase we have to unpack which i think would be heartbreaking!

Pack CD’s book and dvds now into boxes.
Any bedding not being used now.
Shoes and clothes in laundry bags.
Photos off the walls.
Kitchen gadgets make used regularly
Ornaments
Toys

There are removal companies that will pack everything for you, get a quote so you're prepared. You can start eating everything in your food cupboards/freezer and go through everything for charity shops, don't moving or selling. These will save you money and time and aren't strictly packing. Good luck with everything.
