Baby sleeping too much ...

I know it sounds nuts.

15 week old baby, slept 10-5am, then 7-10, then 12-3 now 4-now with bottles inbetween.

This is really unusual

Poo every 2 days, lots of wet nappies

This is meant to ask, he was oddly have 3-5 hours sleep over the daytime last 3 days a lot more

Are they still having plenty of milk? Probably a growth spurt if they seem otherwise well and normal.

He does seem to have 5oz less a day at the moment ...
