30th birthday gift

Any suggestions please for a gift for a distant relative who is 30 and female, budget around £30 ish ?

A posh bottle of gin? A bottle of champagne? A magazine subscription? A rose bush or plant if she has a garden? Flowers? A picture frame? A leather bound note book? Beautiful writing paper (something really special)
