Which exercise would you choose for maximum impact?

It’s weeks until holiday and I’m about two stone more than I’d like to be. I realising losing all is unrealistic at this stage but I reckon I could lose one...

Out of these three exercise options which would you choose for maximum impact:

C25k three times a week (I’d be starting from scratch again)

Five mornings of 25 minute hiit work outs at home from the fiit app

Three exercise classes at the local leisure centre with maybe some swimming thrown in (they’ve got a special offer on a 12 week membership...)

The second one is surely going to have the most impact because you're doing it more often and it's more intense?

Both of options 1 and 3

Running 3x a week, plus 2-3 classes strength work should make a considerable difference, esp if at least one of those classes is weights. Pilates also very good as a complement to running.

But be careful not to overdo it and to maintain good form so you don’t get injuries. Excellent, though.
