Anyone done it? How did you find it? What things made it harder and how did you overcome them?
I'm 14 weeks and the only exercise I get is being on my feet all day at work (13hr shifts) but that's not really exercise and doesn't raise my heart rate so decided I needed to do something.
(Its all okay healthwise, midwife gave me an info sheet with recommended exercises for newbies and times etc)
Just interested to see how anyone else got on/is getting on. Also if anyone else exercised regularly through pregnancy wants to give any tips that would be appreciate too!
