My newest discovery is This Podcast Will Kill You. It's about various illnesses, but oddly enjoyable.

True crime podcasts that focus on one case for an entire series:
The Accused
Someone Knows Something
In The Dark
Death In Ice Valley
Bear Brook
Broken Harts
Finding Cleo
Breakdown
Bowraville
Cold

Podcasts which look at a different case per episode (with the occasional 2-parter)
Casefile
Small Town Dicks
Already Gone
The Vanished

That's great, thanks everyone.

Currently listening to The Lady Vanishes. Interesting.
And enjoyed The Drop Out.

Best true crime -
They Walk Among Us
Atlanta Monster.

I also enjoy "Behind the Bastards" which looks at historical and modern people who are, well, bastards and doesn't pull any punches.

Crime junkie is good. I like the format of being told the story as if it’s unfolding.

Other favourites are
Adam Buxton
Griefcast
Off menu
Made of human
Distraction pieces
The butterfly effect
S town

For True Crime fans try Paradise. It's done by a BBC guy so not "America cheese"
