Over the past 3 or 4 months I've noticed what I can only describe as a sensation in my legs. I only notice it in when I'm lying in bed at night. When this sensation first started it felt like I was wearing a pair of tight ankle socks. That's how far up my legs this sensation went, from about ankle height to about 6 inches above that. No pain at all but a feeling of possibly heat, tingling, prickling. Hard to find the right word to describe it.
As the weeks passed the sensation moved higher and higher up my leg, it's now from ankle up to my knee on both legs (feels like I'm wearing tight knee-high socks now). I was recently diagnosed with Hashimoto's so don't know if there would be any connection with that.
Also, not often, but my feet feel like they're burning hot. Does anybody else get anything like this? I don't know if maybe it's a vitamin deficiency or something more sinister.
