Earn £472 a month how do i work out 1.6 percent bonus

A percentage bonus would usually be based on your annual pay.

Half of what I said then as I did a year. Times your monthly salary by 6 divide it by 100 and times by 1.6.

1.6% is basically 1.6/100 so as a number it's 0.016

Just use that whatever you multiply

So 1.6% of £50 is 50 x 0.016 = £0.80

16 x 52 x £8 = £6656

1.6% is £6656 x 0.016 = £106.50
