lactose intolerance 14 weeks old

im new here.... what it is my lb is 14 weeks old and I lactose intolerance..... he was on sma pro and having colief drops.... they where working but now they aint working so he is on sma lactose free hea been on that for 2days now and he hasnt had a poop so im not sure if that milk is working... how long after changing milk does it work.... I thought it would work straight away but ive been told it may take a couple of days for the milk to settle down

Are you really sure it's lactose intolerance? What were the symptoms?

Our DD was much happier within a couple of days on the SMA lactose free. I don't recall any pooing issues, but it was a fair while ago now. Is he generally happier within himself and having the recommended amount of formula (DD stopped taking formula completely before being diagnosed at about 14 weeks, via children's A&E due to the formula-refusal issue)?

It should hopefully settle down, but do bicycle legs etc to assist.

he had dark green almost black poop....my hv and gp both said he lactose thats why he was on the colief drops but they have stopped worjing thats why im trying sma lactose free.
he is very happy in his self has the right amount of milk he mean to.... I was just wondering how long it would take affect as when I looked in google some say it can take a couple of days and sone say straight away and my mate aaid it can take a couple of days to work.... well its been 2 daya now and he still aint pooped
