But if you want impressive, then this triple chocolate one is awesome!

I use a generic recipe of 500g cream cheese, 4 eggs, 200g sugar then add flavours as desired

Grin I love baked cheese cake !

1pack of biscuits (malted milk, oreo, ... whatever takes your fancy!)
60g butter melted

1000g Quark - you get it in Lidl or Morrisons (expensive!)
5 Eggs
150g sugar
150g melted butter
1pack (100g) custard powder
250 ml cream

Base:
crumble biscuits and mix with the 60g butter and place in a round came tin.

Mix all other ingredients together & poor into base.

Bake for 60 minutes at 140°C ...

Hide away and enjoy once cooled down!

I used to love this one before I went vegan

The Hummingbird bakery one is amazing. In fact they have two - New York and Chocolate, both delicious.

I was also coming to say Hummingbird Bakery. Smile I made the chocolate one and it was lovely. (And enormous)
