It's that time again - What's for dinner today?

Afternoon all you lovely people,

I need some food inspiration. It's been a slammed week at work, I am leaving the office in 10 minutes and need some dinner inspirations please....

I cook homemade curry (we're an indian family) most days including, rice, chutney's and chapatti's and while we love the food, we're bored! Or at least I am....

So inspire me and tell me what you're having for dinner! My children aren't fussy eaters and we don't have any restrictions in terms of what we can eat.

Roast sweet chilly chicken thighs from Aldi, roast carrots, parsnips and baby potatoes. Gravy.

Delicious and super easy.

We just had this. It was yum!! With rice and stir fry veggies.

This week we have had:

Slow cooked mechoui lamb with flatbreads and salad and hummus and baba ganouj

Chicken breasts wrapped in bacon with leeks and green salad

Cheeseburgers with courgette chips

Tuna melts, corn chips, cucumber and tomato salad

Pizza, raw veg platter of tomatoes, peppers, cucumber, carrots and hummus

We'v had Sausages in onion gravy with mash, Broccoli, carrots, mini corn and green beans. My 9 month old loved it and so did the floor

Pan fried Salmon, Spicy couscous (DH home made with lots of chopped peppers lemon and parsley) tomato and green salads, salsa, sour cream, pesto
Yum....

Beef burgers with wedges and salad haha

Nutty you have my sympathy toddlers are just ruthless

Chilli and rice. I’ve got a friend coming over for dinner so I’ve pushed the boat out and bought some naice bread and real sour cream!!

Feeling lazy and nauseous so pasta and pesto in this house hold....like it or lump it sort of mood this evening.

Ds2 choose pizza takeaway as br won his first ever conduct award school - he is year one. I’m very proud of him as he really has tried and it’s got recognised.

We've just had cooked breakfast-ish.

Dd2 doesn't like eggs, tomatoes, or mushrooms so I just did the bacon, sausages, beans, hash browns and fried bread. Apparently it was the "best tea ever".

I'm trying to use up all the stuff in the freezer at the moment and we have so much breaded chicken it's crazy (fillets, nuggets, dippers, tenders!) so I'm having chicken fillets and jacket potato with salad I think.

Duck rubbed with five spice, home made pancakes (so easy to make & freeze), a bottle of hoisin sauce, spring onion & cucumber. I've got some beansprouts left over from the other day so might do a small stir fry with some red pepper and whatever else there is in the fridge to bulk it out a little.

Me haven't got the foggiest.

Vegetarian matzoh ball soup, followed by a Chinese-style stir-fry.

Another one who needs to eat the contents of the freezer! It’s either going to be a beef burger, a chicken fillet or fish fingers in a bun! Highly imaginative stuff! 😂

And sausages, we have sausages!

Were having a Chinese take away and I can't wait,we've had a very busy week and were going to be out all weekend and on the bank holiday so no rest for us yet.
