All these advantages- but the stress!

Hi. I need some talking down from leaving my well paid, flexible job. I currently work 32.5 hours a week. I drop my daughter to school then head to work- it's quite close and easy to get to.
Two days a week I leave early so can collect my DD.
If I need to attend school events I can rearrange my calendar and just go. Never questioned, no guilt.
I'm well paid (70k +).
My colleagues are nice and the office has generally a good atmosphere.
BUT it's chaotic, stressful and I'm constantly having stuff referred to me that's outside my remit. Because I'm customer facing I take a lot on otherwise the service would suffer. I feel like I've reached the end of my tether now and need to change my life somehow. It feels like an utter overwhelming grind but when I look at all the advantages I think I must be mad - 32 hours isn't that much is it?
I'm also a lone parent. I'm either thinking about work all all the things I need to do just to keep life going.
What do people think?
