Does anyone know the M&S customer service email address?

I have been bumped around their website for the past 20 minutes looking for it and can only get telephone numbers or FAQs

Yes it bumps you about and never gives an email contact form but thank you

I can't find an actual customer service address either but if you go to the comments and feedback section on the contact us page a live chat option popped up for me.

Took me straight through to an email page or a live chat once I selected what it was about and pressed go 🙄

Why do marks and spencers make it so hard to contact them. I have tried several email addresses all bounced back. If I ask in store they will not be able to help it's a bit complicated. So if there profits are up hiow about providing decent customer care?
