en-suite or bigger bathroom??

it's a 3 bed bungalow. but not sure wether to, have a bathroom that's a reasonable size,big enough for bath etc. Or have a smaller bathroom but with an en-suite for the master bedroom?
As would make the bathroom smaller to fit the en-suite on.
What would you prefer?

I'd want a proper sized bathroom. Maybe a small non ensuite room with a spare loo and sink if there is the space. Don't skint in the bathroom!

I'd go for ensuite as long as you can still fit a small bath in.
