I have a friend whose husband is being transferred from the US to London for 2 years. They have 18 year old twins. One is staying behind for college and will be visiting the UK during holidays. The other would like to accompany his parents for the duration.
As he is over 18 he doesn't qualify for the family visa. He hasn't yet applied to study in the UK so doesn't yet qualify for a student visa.
Is there any other way he can come to the UK with his parents for the whole 2 years (or longer)?
