Recommend me a pillow

Please? I am in desperate need of a new one! I tend to sleep in the recovery position. I am currently experiencing a very stiff and sore upper back/neck and generally always have quite tense and knotty shoulders!

The array of options is mind boggling! I did trial a memory foam type one from the Osteopath once and thought it was okay.

Watching this with interest as I have the same neck/ back problems in the morning

I have this one, it’s great.
I take it on holiday with me, and also when I stay at other people’s houses (have to ignore both my DM and MIL’s catsbumfaces at this Grin)

Thanks for those, am having a look...

It's so hard to know how you'll get on with them!

I use a shaped memory foam one to sleep with a couple of Aldi ones for propping myself up

I got this from IKEA as always sleep on my side and wake up in the same pain! have slept amazingly since I got this pillow, how you find something that works for you

APurpleSquirrel · 03/05/2019 06:33

I sleep on my side & use a memory foam pillow. I take it away/on holiday as well, as I never sleep well on normal pillows.
It's great for supporting your neck, head & shoulders but does take a few weeks to get used to it.

Fruityfruitcake · 03/05/2019 06:43

We have Tempur ones and absolutely love them. Expensive but worth every penny.

Disco3000 · 03/05/2019 06:52

I love a V shaped pillow. Take it everywhere! Puts less pressure on my shoulder when sleeping on side.

ChloePD · 03/05/2019 07:23

Simba memory foam- I have never slept with pillows (always flat) as I would wake up with a terrible beck and a headache until I discovered the simba range (we got a mattress from them and the pillows came free)

Good luck op!

nordstrom · 03/05/2019 08:41

Good to know re the Simba, thanks. I'm considering trying one (do they do the return if you don't like it deal?) Also the Casper - would be interested to hear if anyone has one of those?
