Am I insured for business use?

Work have asked for insurance documents to prove I am covered for business.
So far the woman in charge has rejected two documents as they don't directly state that I am insured for business as well as my partner.
One stated "use for social and buisness in connection by the policy holder (DH) in relation to their business".
DH rang them and confrimed we are BOTH covered by business. She has asked for this in writing.
DH rang and asked for this and they have sent a letter stating both policy holder and spouse are covered "for business related only in connection to their business".
So does this mean I am covered for work as an employee or just self-employed?
DH is insistent that we are covered but I don't know if he asked "do we have business insurance" or "can my wife drive for business related to her employer using this insurance". He is getting frustrated as he is trying to work and I keep coming back to him as he does all insurance renewals and so has the details.
I'd rather not keep sending documents that keep getting knocked back!
Help much appreciated!

Yes you are covered. When it says their business they mean when you are using it in the course of doing your job

It does say policy holder and their spouse. I am concerned about the bit that says "their business". Does this mean our personal business (don't have one) or any business (like me driving to work appointments)?

Give the insurance company a ring - I had the same problem and they adjusted it for free (though I think there's sometimes a nominal 'administration' fee).

DH already rang once and I can't keep pestering him at work!

Your insurance certificate states only your husband has business use, as someone who verifies others are correctly insured I would want to see an insurance certificate (not letter) which clearly defines that both policyholder and spouse are covered for business use.
