Tax credits

Anyone else's online tax credits not showing any next payments? It says to renew the claim by a certain date but you can only do it online when you have received the pack and we have not.

I can't get online atm as have lost the reference number and waiting for the pack. maybe it is because of end of tax year? If same income should it not be the same. maybe ring them./ do online chat

@Home77 ringing them now. I did the same and made a new account as couldn't get the number back! They said to ring online then when I rang they said to go online

Couldn't get through to talk to anyone. Online chat wasn't working either. Does any body know why it's not saying any payments?
