Should I give calpol to 14 week old baby for teething?

My 14 week old baby is teething I believe. Last couple of weeks he's been dribbling so much and trying to chew his fists. Today has been the worst, he's been screaming for 3 hours straight and wouldn't even feed.

What's best to do? He won't take his teething toys that I bought specially so do I resort to calpol? I've even sterilised a dummy in case that helps (he's never had a dummy before)
