Best tablet for 7 year old m?

Anyone have any advice on the best tablet for a 7 year old?

If you are looking at the Amazon Fire, two things:

• Wait for one of their regular special reductions.

• Consider the regular fire and buy a seperate protective case rather than the Fire for Kids which is a fair bit more expensive.

We have a kindle fire for my 6 year old. It was only about £40 when we got it. It has been well used and great up to now. Tbh though next time I would probably get an android one instead as there are games he would like to install that aren't available on kindle fire.

We have Samsung, loads of apps, good size screen, battery life is really good and they usually have a good memory. Obviously depends on what you go for

DD has a Samsung Galaxy Tab A and it's fab. We added a memory card to store movies, it has a great battery life and runs smoothly. They're usually about £150.
