Does anyone have any experience of lodging a claim of constructive dismissal?

You have to have been employed for 2 years or more, and be able to show that there has been a fundamental breach of contract on the part of the employer which gave you no alternative but to resign. Difficult to prove.

Thanks singlenotsingle - I suspect its almost impossible to prove in my case but I am just not sure.

I had read that it can argued that it’s CD if the work environment is so difficult that you are unable to work (from an emotional / stress perspective). But I imagine that’s even more difficult to prove!
