Natalie for a girl, what for a boy?

I've been given the task of naming DC.

I don't know the sex yet but it looks fairly certain to be a girl.

Any ideas on what I may like for a boy?

I really like Natalie for a girl.

Thanks

Nathaniel. Strong name and shortens well. (Makes me think of Nathaniel Parker and his glorious voice!).

Another vote for Nathaniel. Lovely name and shortens well.

TixieLix · 01/05/2019 19:27

Not Nathaniel. Anyone who shortens them will be calling them Nat and Nate.

BlackAmericanoNoSugar · 01/05/2019 19:29

Nathan, I know a few of them and they are all sweet.

Ben96 · 01/05/2019 19:29

How about Darius or Lawrence (Lawrie)?

I personally wouldn’t choose Nathaniel, even though it is a lovely name. It’s just if you did have a another child and she was a girl you would want to call her Natalie, but then her brother would be a Nathaniel - too many Nats !

Natalie is a great choice, currently underused but a lovely name. Lawrence is nice too.
