Any one have any ideas what this may be on my foot

It dosnt hurt just comes and goes been about 6 months now one patch of dry skin and then some like blister type tony dots keeps reappearing even when I went over it Whith my foot file I’m going to seee foot specialist if it dosnt go not itchy at all either just intreaged

Do you get the blister type lesions anywhere else? My lichen planus presents like this, but only dries on my foot.
