I'm in a bit of a predicament and was wondering whether anybody had any advice. I am doing a masters at the moment. It is at a top 5 uni and is very intense.
I have handed in my last assignment, and now I just have exams and my dissertation to go. I've not worked throughout my masters with the exception of some casual work at open days for the uni. I have a job lined up but it is abroad and not until October this year.
I will therefore need some form of job between now and then as my savings will start to run low at some point.
Now here's my predicament, I have been offered a job at a local cafe, 16 hours a week, however they want me to start this weekend. My exams start in 2 weeks and last for around a 3 week period.
I don't want to start a job if it's going to impact my exams, but then I don't want to turn it down and not be able to get another job once exams finish.
Any advice?
