How much would you give someone for doing this?

I have a house i rent out to holiday makers. I used to live in it so know my neighbours well. One neighbour has painted the back wall of my house when she was doing hers. She asked me if i wanted it done first and i was glad to accept.
The paint cost was £68 but i wanted to add something on for her time and effort. She has done a splendid job. What would seem reasonable? I know she will not be expecting anything and will be a bit cross/mortified if i give her too much. Would rounding it up to £100 be okay?

How long did it take? Sounds fine to me if it was an afternoon's work especially if she wouldn't want the money anyway. In fact, how about trade a job back or buy her some lovely flowers/wine/chocs (whichever floats her boat).

No idea how long it took her. I probably won't see her so giving a bit extra money would be easiest. Then she can get herself a bottle of wine and a takeaway.

100 sounds about right. Could bung her some flowers alongside to be extra sweet, she’s worth keeping onside! Nice neighbour!
