Will the la remove the college's name off ehcp

Ds's college want to end his placement. After an incident which they made no adjustments or ways to manage the issue. The college is named on his ehcp. There has been no mention of excluding him and the incident is nearly two months ago so could they still exclude? the la are saying it may have to go to tribunal. If it does can ds stay there until the tribunal make a decision?

They would have to have a cast iron case to exclude an EHCP pupil. It's very very hard to exclude someone with EHCP and disability unless he did something that comes under gross misconduct or is a danger to other students/criminal offence.

Thanks for your reply, the incident put himself at risk no one else was involved. They are using safeguarding as a reason not to have him they. Unwilling to extra support in place.
