I was at Tate Brtiain over the weekend and noticed that the formerly Gender Neutral Toilet off the members room has had its signage changed to baby change/accessible. There are women's/men's toilers but they are up steps so it might be that the change in signage is as a result of people saying they were inaccessible -which they were. But the change in the language used raised my little heart.
(Some of their other toilets still have gender neutral signage so there is work to be done still, but it's a step in the right direaction)
