I used to, years ago. But i was prescribed the amytriptiline for sleep so only took it as needed and it wasn’t very long before I stopped it altogether as it made me so groggy

I take both, sertraline every morning and amitriptyline every evening. Never really had a problem with taking either, until doctor tried to up my sertraline and it made me feel weird so I dropped back down to normal dose.

I took both together for about 4 years. Never had a problem.
