Just that really. DS (6) never sits still and is constantly moving, climbing onto things, stand on his head, jumping etc.

When we walk around outside he does a weird "circling" thing where he walks in front and behind and so on.

I don't have a problem with him doing it and he's perfectly normal (no issues there) it is just I have a weird anxiety about it and sometimes feel sea sick through his constant movement! This has gotten a bit better as he's gotten older but something about it just makes me feel unsettled, like I can't relax while he is moving about. It's also an anxiety about him falling, hurting himself (he is quite clumsy!) and generally making me feel like the world is moving a bit under me!

Anyone else get this? Having looked online I can't see it's an issue. It's not so debilitating that it stops me doing things, but it does make life a bit more unsettling and stressful...

Not often but occasionally yes! My ds is 11 but when he was younger it felt like he was constantly moving and jumping round me. I am very prone to motion sickness and sometimes it did make me feel a bit dizzy...I know what you mean!
