Just that really. I have a history of ED so I categorically cannot do "diets" without relapsing.
I had my DS 3 years ago and put on 4 stone while pregnant. I lost 2 of it pretty quickly but I have been rubbish at losing the second two. Consequently I am 5ft3 and 11st5 which is not good at all. I would like to try for a second DC but want to get down to a healthy BMI first - goal weight 9st5 which is fine for me as though I am short I am latina so have big hips and big boobs.
I am simply going for eat less, move more which was the approach I took when losing the initial pregnancy weight and it worked well. Have been too lazy for too long though.
Went for my first run in 4 years this morning. Managed 20 minutes non stop which I was really pleased with though I doubt I was going very fast!!!
