I listened to this in the car on the way back from an exhausted visit to my parents 40 mins away with two very difficult children under 2.5 just to try and get out of the house.
'Helen's' wonderings that perhaps she was 'just' suffering from 'classic baby sleep deprivation' and that she looked at the other mums and wondered why they didn't seem to be feeling the same.
I was sobbing sat in the car with two barely sleeping children in the back finally hearing someone else's voice wobbling with everything I feel. Then her lovely husband saying (paraphrasing) 'don't under estimate how becoming a mum has taken some of 'you' away'.

Helen. If you are on here, thanks for making me feel a bit less like a shit mum. I hope you and your family are doing well.
